If you are affiliated with Arizona State University, you were probably given our name as one of the contracted suppliers for printed t-shirts. We are ASU experts, but just in case you aren't, here are a few details you may need to know about designing your shirt.
All ASU Orders must be sent to CLC (Collegiate Licensing Company) for approval.
What this means for you: If your design has ASU, Arizona State, Arizona State University, Sparky, the Pitchfork, the ASU Sunburst, or any other logo related to ASU, it must be approved by CLC before we can print the order. You can view ASU's full guidelines here: http://commguide.asu.edu/elements. The sidebar on the left side of the page has additional pages of information.
Don't Get Denied!
The following design elements are sure to be declined by licensing:
• Alteration of the pitchfork
• Alcohol references
• Inappropriate language or gestures
• Misuse of official colors
• Printing the logos smaller than 5/16 of an inch
Turnaround Time: DesignAShirt.com guarantees a standard turnaround time of 10 days. If your design needs approval by ASU CLC, it could take up to 5 additional business days to complete your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over how quickly CLC approves or denies designs, so plan ahead in case changes are necessary.
